I'm exceedingly dubious about the claims of the eeevils of pasteurized milk, but the instructions are sound. I've done this with your garden-variety pasteurized heavy cream, and it's delicious.
I'm more concerned about whether milk is from A2 cows, and have they been fed a grass diet? I think I might try it with Kalona Natural, given a chance.
Just swirling around a pint of Kalona SuperNatural before pouring the cream, I have started to produce butter! It is non-homogenized milk, which may make a difference.
