Can we keep the weather?
May. 3rd, 2004 10:11 amIt was so gorgeous yesterday! I spent entirely too much time running errands and taking care of house things at TWO houses--plus W spent an hour changing out a seal in a leaky toilet, and it doesn't seem to be enough. The Leak Sentry we bought as a back-up (nothing like yanking the entire guts of a toilet every other year--the joys of Austin's hard water--) turns out to have 23 steps and be a LOT more complicated than the last ones put in. Since we are not interested in becoming journeymen plumbers, the Leak Sentry will be traded for a standard unit....
However, I have gotten most of the Austin Ballroom Dancers stuff done for the week, and for the special dance--just have a few more posters to put up, if I can figure out where at ACC to legally post them.
Sentimental Journey Orchestra dirt cheap Saturday May 15th at the Austin Rec Center! 4 hours, $15 visitors, spread the word--we and the Austin Swing Syndicate would really appreciate your spreading the word!
Today--webbing for clients, and diving back into the synopsis book are on the agenda....
