ConDFW this weekend

Is anyone in Austin or points south going to the convention in Dallas this weekend? I'm looking for a ride, or someone who would like to share the rental of a car. I was originally planning to drive up Friday AM and back Sunday afternoon, but W says he doesn't think he can leave until Saturday, and that's too late. My car is not to be trusted. I could leave as early as Thursday night, if needed.
