PLAXO is annoying.....

So I have little time to deal with PLAXO right now -- not even sure how I'll be making a living in six months, so creating an online persona is not me right now. I have books to write and promote. But I have two people down who want to be contacts -- one that makes no sense to me, and one I don't know/remember.

There doesn't seem to be any way to ignore these.

Like I said -- annoying....

In case you have missed this discussion -- here is a good explanation of why the cross-posting of "locked" links, whether the original post OR COMMENTS to it, should never, ever happen. I checked very carefully when I did the initial link between LJ and Facebook to make sure that locked posts never traveled across that link.

The minute I find out that a locked post has been violated, there won't be any more private posts, period. Only public ones. The public post link-up was a big help when I was not well enough to remember to go to multiple places. I would hate to see LJ outlive its usefulness, because then I'd have to go build a private blog. But that could happen.
