%$^&*$!

I was carefully taking a full galleon of shock to the side of the pool, when one step down caused the bottle to burp.

Thus creaming my black Irish knot tee shirt. Even ripping it off and plunging it into cold water didn't help -- I now have red/black streaks on the left front side.

This, of course, was one of my few nice tees left. The pants today are the cat-ripped and pool spotted ones. I was thinking about this, I do faithfully swear (see subject).

At this rate, I will do pool care in my birthday suit.

Going down into the pit and surly about it.

WHY doesn't bleach work this way WHEN I WANT IT TO!

Threadless.com is having a $10 sale. I think this whole month. Weird and ... well, weirder. But some of them are kinda neat.

And, hey, 'tis the season for people to ask you for what you'd like for presents!

But ... I'm sorry about your nice t-shirt. :-( That sucks.

Hummmm....

I like the Loch Ness Impostor one... You're right, weird and wonderful stuff. But you like solid colored tees best!

I was bleaching the algae in the birdbath a few weeks ago. Of course the bleach splashed. Of course, I was wearing the dark blue yard pants instead of the khakis I usually wear. Yes, they're yard pants, but still. Now they're dark blue yard pants with three tan splotches on one leg.

Ah, sister! You think we'd have more grace by this time. Bleaching birdbath good -- haven't done in a while...must change into OLD shoes first...

At least you'll have friends to help...

Sympathies! My husband, caretaker of our pool, has a collection of T-shirts like that.

Put some streaks on the right back side and make it a fashion statement!

Actually --

Never wear nice stuff around a pool

Bleach never works unless you don't want it to - I just totalled my "Mush Buffy Mush" t-shirt. Bread falls with the jelly side down, and murphy's law works, damn it. Sorry your t-shirt bit the dust. Did the acid help decloud the pool?

Am plotting out stories, so some good has come of the rotten change in weather.

Not totally. W changed the Kraken and skimmers several times today -- I'll check stats tomorrow. (30s tonight, wind 45 mph.)

How can I be a sexy pool girl in old tattered stuff? Sheesh.
