Aspiring Writers Info: Eight Elements in Every Romance...with Dr. Who as an Example

Over on Jennifer Crusie's blog, she talks weekly about her impressions as she works her way through the reboot Dr. Who episodes. When she reaches the oh-so-pivotal "Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead" duology, a fan posted a breakdown of why this two hour episode is actually a classic romance encapsulated into a time travel narrative.

Clothing for WorldCon....

Well, I used to prep a couple months in advance. But I didn't know I was going--and I am fluctuating a lot in size (too weird to explain...) so everything is either HUGE or a hair too small and Vintage.

I figure I need at least one sundress, one nice top and a new pair of athletic shoes for walking. I have a credit at InStep, so will go look for shoes there. The other stuff I need inexpensively.

Any Hill Country suggestions?
