Create Space Contract...

My, my, my...Create Space is very good at making sure that they make money from everything. Although they will pay you within 30 days for any book they print and sell of your intellectual property?

"We will be entitled to an adjustment to payments made to you for any amounts ultimately not collected because of fraudulent credit card use or bad debt, in an amount equal to the payment otherwise payable to you in connection with such purchase."

I would think that they took their credit card payments within a 30 day cycle, but apparently it's trickier than that. Pretty much everything they do that comes back in their face comes back in your face, and you just have to lump it.

They are SO not getting Expanded Distribution....
