One week sans diet sweeteners!
So, how are you all doing sans Equal and the other culprits? I mentioned going without such stuff for two weeks, and my specialist thought it was a great idea. She believes that the stuff increases hunger pains. I've found that a square of diet cinnamon gum doesn't trigger the cravings like a piece of diet candy can. But otherwise, I'm doing without!

I had a suspicious situation with diet candies triggering HUNGER, so I suggested everyone trying to use diet sodas/candies as part of their weight control think twice. We're having a 14 day layoff (this means one or two diet root beers I'm not having) to see if this might in fact be a contributor to not losing or maintaining weight.
Better cotton mouth than what that stuff might be doing to me.
