Gluten battles...another perfect basket from the freezer to the trash!

Just grumbling, you can ignore this...

Tossing from the freezer. Hans Natural Chicken Sausage with Sweet apples -- has gluten. Suspicious of the guacamole from Costco in the freezer. Beginning to wonder about chocolate chips which said only that they contained soy...they pass muscle test, but something is after me. Grumble.

I have this horrible feeling that anything I still have that did not arrive in a Bob's Red Mill or Lundberg bag -- like all the bulk, even from Lundberg -- may have to leave the house. The only question is, toss or offer to friends?

If I can only get the house clear, I feel more than half the battle is won. Then, if I have to buy only things marked gluten-free...I'd better come up with a bestselling series! ;^) Good thing I like to cook.

Have not done it yet, but wondering if I'll need to do so. I already suspected that all the lipsticks would have to go into the "Scare for a Cure" makeup box. For deodorant (which I don't seem to need much eating mostly macro) I was using High C over E -- it's older, may not be gluten-free. There's a gluten-free cosmetologist down at Whole Foods downtown. May need to see her.

Did you get my email about the tables?
