**Sigh** So much for the scanner...

I don't even have to tell you, do I?

Looks like there is no driver for a CanoScan N656U for Windows 8 -- even though Windows 8 is in the OS list.

Since I need to scan in my transcript, this is $#$$^ annoying.

Yup -- not cheap but it can happen there.
