This is one of those trick questions/answers, because there are several really good ones out there. But--it's like cars. Looks and reliability count, and vary wildly.
The one that tylik above uses is a great one, except that it's one of the ones that apparently fails 25% of the time, straight out of the box. So, if it's carried locally, and you don't mind the possibility of returns (or shipping back if you buy it on line) that's a very good one.
I also like the looks of this Adagio Teas 3 UtiliTEA It's a little too contemporary for me, a bit chunky, but the ratings everywhere I looked are through the roof. Looks like their QC is excellent.
