I can report that, as we have come to expect of people who could create the Liaden Universe, Sharon Lee and Steve Miller (and their henchmen-er-publisher Meisha-Merlin) are wicked creatures, leaving us right where we may need to throttle something to keep from going mad.

On the other hand, this day descended into chaos and has stayed there--and reading these pages have calmed and centered me, even as they excited me. Clearly, I was born to be a Scout.
