Medical privacy threatened

Think again--amendments to the privacy rule eliminated your ability to control access to your most sensitive records. I just sent a letter to Congress that I want to control who can see and use my private medical records and I encourage you to do the same. Please take a moment to send a letter to your Representative today.

And things aren't any better with consumer information, either. I give up -- I'm going to pay the fee to keep people from being able to open accounts without my knowing about it.
These decisions should be opt-out, not opt-in! In fact, 401(k) should be opt-out!
