Life, Interrupted

Photographer Joel Sartore has been recording creatures of the wild for over 20 years. If you've read National Geographic for any length of time, you've probably seen his work. His latest book has just been released -- Rare: Portraits of America's Endangered Species. In here you'll see pictures of everything from wolverines to flies. If you wander over to his web site, you'll see that he has posted two short videos, one a moving montage of some of the animals he photographed, and the other the outtakes reel of how hard -- and how funny -- it can be to attempt to photograph creatures with their own ideas.
