Once you register for the site, they say "Sorry! We're not in your area yet." And then ask if you want to register for their email list to be told when they ARE in your area.
No, thanks. I get enough spam. And the last time this happened, I got junk for months (until I canceled it) for something not in my area, after not receiving the promotion item.
