One week sans diet sweeteners!
Oct. 17th, 2007 12:23 amSo, how are you all doing sans Equal and the other culprits? I mentioned going without such stuff for two weeks, and my specialist thought it was a great idea. She believes that the stuff increases hunger pains. I've found that a square of diet cinnamon gum doesn't trigger the cravings like a piece of diet candy can. But otherwise, I'm doing without!
